El mástil más alto del mundo se encuentra en Dusambé, Tayikistán, con 165 metros de altura, y el cual está dentro del libro Guinnes de los Records como mástil más alto del mundo. La bandera que ondea en este mástil tiene unas dimensiones de 60 metros de longitud y 30 metros de anchura, lo que implica 1800 metros cuadrados de bandera. Este mástil fue construido en 2011.

En segundo lugar, está el mástil de Azerbaiyán, construido en 2010 y situado concretamente en la plaza de la bandera nacional en Bakú, y que mide 162 metros de altura. Aunque este mástil es más pequeño que el de Tayikistán, la bandera que ondea en él es más grande, ya que mide 75 metros de longitud y 35 metros de anchura.
2. Mástil Azerbaiyán (2010)
El tercer mástil más alto del mundo es en realidad una torre de 160 metros, construida en Kijong Dong (Corea del Norte) en 1953. La bandera de Corea del Norte que ondea aquí es muy pequeña si la comparamos con las banderas de los mástiles anteriores.

En cuarto lugar tenemos al mástil de Asjabad (Turkmenistán), construido en 2008 enfrente del Palacio Presidencial. Este mástil mide 133 metros de alto.
4. Mástil Turkmenistán (2008)
El último lugar lo ocupa el mástil de Áqaba, en Jordania, con una altura de 130 metros. En él ondea una bandera de la Revuelta Árabe con 60 metros de longitud y 30 metros de anchura, que puede ser vista desde tres países distintos: Israel, Egipto y Arabia Saudí. El quinto mástil más alto del mundo fue construido en 2004.

The highest mast in the world is in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with 165 meters high, and which is in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s highest mast. The flag that flies in the mast has dimensions of 60 meters long and 30 meters wide, which means 1,800 square meters flag. This mast was built in 2011.

Second highest mast is in Azerbaijan, built in 2010 and located specifically in the National Flag Square in Baku, measures 162 meters in height. Although the mast is smaller than that of Tajikistan, the flag flying on it is larger, measuring 75 meters long and 35 meters wide.

The third highest mast in the world is actually a 160-meter tower, built in Kijong Dong (North Korea) in 1953. The North Korean flag waving here is very small compared with the flags of the previous masts.
