Este velero fue renovado tanto en el interior como en el exterior, su diseño fue investigado por los ingeniero del Laboratorio Nacional de Física de Londres, con la ayuda de la esposa del magnate Joe(Luciana Vittoria) quién marcó la pauta en buena parte de las soluciones.
Consta de un mástil de 90 metros de altura, por lo que tuvieron que buscar soluciones innovadoras debido a que nunca antes habían creado una pieza similar, se trataba de un mástil 50% más alto que cualquier otro mástil de fibra de carbono.
Tenía que ser capaz de soportar las tres toneladas de peso de las velas y tensiones superiores a los 36.000 kilos. Para su construcción se utilizó un sistema heredado de la industria aeroespacial y la última tecnología existente en el mercado informático.
A principios de febrero el velero salió al agua y superó los 17 nudos de velocidad en Inglaterra en una jornada en la que se registraron entre 18 y 23 nudos de viento. Por lo que fue ahí cuando comprobaron que este velero estaba listo para su uso.
